A key component of our business is the design of modifications to existing structures. These come in a variety of project types, from Historic District designs, to Hillside homes. From ultra-modern structures to log homes, experience is the key. ABC can carry the project through design review, variance application, and all forms of ordinance requirements in order to make the project happen. Most design groups shy away from remodels, renovations, and additions. At ABC, we love the challenge that structural modification brings. Common projects are Bonus Rooms over existing garages, Mother-In-Law additions, garage/shop additions, Master Suite and Kitchen remodels, etc. From large to small projects, we can handle them all.
