We absolutely love remodel projects. We enjoy the challenge of working with our clients to create what they need, as well as what they want in their home. A large portion of our projects are some form of remodel, whether interior and/or exterior. We have created many additions to homes of all ages. We enjoy working through Historic Restoration projects and additions in the Boise Foothills which bring their own set of requirements and challenges. We have added second stories to homes and garages, have added bonus rooms over garages, and have designed finished attic/shed dormer systems for older homes. We have added creative multi-story deck systems, roof systems, and have experience with a multitude of exterior materials and details. We have designed seamless and aesthetic additions for a variety of structures, from log homes to ultra-modern residences. A specialy of ours if the "Mother-In-Law" Unit. Whether an additon or a separate cottage, we enjoy the experience of creating additional (but separate) living space on an existing parcel.
